Here's the high-level


Aegros is expanding and due to this growth, we have an immediate need for a dynamic Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team in Sydney.

Working as part of a small supportive team, this intermediate level position will require a hands-on approach to daily tasks.

What you will be doing

  • Accounts Payable function including staff reimbursement.
  • Reconciliation of account payable accounts and statements
  • Assisting with annual audits
  • Supporting the Finance Managers as requested
  • Uploading, data entry and checking of data and approvals of invoices
  • Management and support on the accounts payable system, Syspro.
  • Arranging weekly payment plans and generate bank files
  • Ad hoc reports including AP aging report and Project reports

Requirements:

You will bring...

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience preferably in a Manufacturing / Industrial / Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, have a handson approach with a flexible and resilient nature.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
