About the role:

An opportunity exists for a diligent Accounts Payable Officer/ Account Officer to join a reputable global company. This is a

contract position, with the opportunity for longer-term. Working with this supportive and friendly team-oriented environment, the role will suit an accounting professional who has accounts payable experience and is looking to work for a large company.

Working within an accounts payable team, your responsibilities include:

  • Processing a high-volume of invoices and credit notes;
  • Account reconciliations;
  • Gaining necessary approvals for payment of invoices;
  • Accurate coding and data input;
  • Ad hoc accounts support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the accounts payable team.

The successful applicant should have:

  • Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Accounting knowledge
