THE TEAM
The QLD Equipment and Services team are seeking an experienced and customer focused trade professional to join their team.

Our EQS team is made up of motivated and highly skilled tradespeople, working together to set a new standard in delivering responsive, efficient and effective service, repair, fault diagnosis, preventative maintenance and quality assurance.

This is performed across a range of cold drink equipment, refrigeration, post-mix units, vending machines and coffee, all the while ensuring we are continually exceeding customers' expectations.

THE ROLE

With your key customer group based in Greater Brisbane, this role offers a great opportunity for anyone wanting to join a market leader delivering service levels that exceed customer expectations.

This is not your everyday field service job - this goes a step beyond servicing the equipment.

By taking ownership, being involved and proactive, you'll use your intuition and experience to recognise opportunities for improvement and generate ideas to ensure we continue to deliver world class service.

KEY RESPONSIBILIES

• Effective and efficient servicing of coffee equipment, refrigeration, postmix units and vending machines
• Repairs and fault diagnosis
• Preventative maintenance and quality assurance
• Recognising opportunities for improvements, and working with our amazing customers to deliver a world class service

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• An Electrical OR Refrigeration background, as well as a current Electrical licence
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Confident communication & interpersonal skills
• Commitment to quality and safe work practices
• Customer serviceoriented attitude
• Possession of current driver's licence
• An ability to work on an oncall roster pattern for out of hours breakdowns
