Field Service Manager (Equipment Services)

About the Role
This is a rare gem of an opportunity and is due to the well-deserved promotion of our current incumbent. This role will be based in Richlands, QLD and will involve some travel locally.

The purpose and responsibilities of the EQS Field Service Manager is to engage, inspire, motivate and energise the Field Service team and CCEP contractors to ensure that our customer needs for equipment service and installation are met in a timely and professional manner.


This includes but is not limited to Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, Fountain dispensing equipment, vending machines, frozen beverage equipment and coffee machines.


  • Communicate business plan and KPI objectives and track performance
  • Lead performance planning, recruitment, talent identification and succession planning
  • Train, coach and develop team members and provide immediate feedback to employees to help them improve and develop
  • Review calls in each area and implement countermeasures to minimize outstanding calls
  • Work with Installs Planner/Coordinator to manage installation works where required
  • Manage escalations from sales and customers
  • Ensure adequate parts levels and accuracy of parts in Field Service teams
  • Manage rosters to ensure that Technicians are available to service and repair equipment in accordance with the needs of the business.
  • Technician roster planning and vehicle management for the team
  • Tertiary qualifications in a discipline relevant to Safety / FMCG / Supply Chain / Business or Commerce.
  • 5+ Years experience in managing / nurturing and developing teams
  • Confident communication abilities with all levels of stakeholders
  • Proven ability to problem solve and make quick decisions under time constraints
  • Proficient in systems knowledge (e.g. SAP, MyApps, OSP, Microsoft suite)
  • Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
  • Ability to manage cost centre and budgets
