**EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES TEAM OVERVIEW**

The EQS team is a dynamic environment that is responsible for the warehousing, set up, delivery and service of CCEP’s equipment for our valued customers. This includes but is not limited to Warehouse and Workshop Operations, Installation of equipment and servicing and auditing equipment in field.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As an EQS Quality Assurance / Auditor you are responsible for ensuring a Quality Beverage is always delivered to a consumer which is a requirement under the CCEP Australia bottling license and forms part of a Global standard. This role is customer facing on premise Hotels, Restaurants Clubs etc.. You are responsible for ensuring prompt and accurate data collection of quality assurance readings at customers premises to provide integrity in our Quality programs for our customers. Reporting to a national quality assurance manager, you will be responsible for delivering a Quality Beverage to consumers through consistent testing of Beverage dispense equipment located in customer venues. Key responsibilities will see you providing Quality Maintenance visits on a day-to-day basis following procedures for measuring the Post-mix Beverage Quality by testing for Taste, Temperature, Carbonation, Syrup to Soda Ratio, Expansion of Frozen Beverage, Age of Syrup, and Hygiene.

- Strong relationship building skills with key stake holders (internal CCEP, Field Service teams, FSM’s).

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all communication methods.

Licenses and Certifications
- Current Driver’s licence

Prior experience in a QA Beverage role is not required as all new starters undergo an intensive training and induction program.
