GRACosway is in search of a part-time Associate to join their Canberra office and work on a mix of political, policy, and regulatory matters as part of their national team. This flexible opportunity is suitable for a university student, providing diverse experiences and room for personal development. The role requires a commitment of at least 15 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours to be discussed with the successful candidate.

About the Position

As an Associate, you will collaborate with senior colleagues to assist GRACosway's clients. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Preparing briefing materials on political updates.
  • Conducting in-depth research on specific policy issues.
  • Monitoring parliamentary and media developments, and furnishing clients with updates.
  • Participating in client meetings and aiding in the drafting of materials.
  • Contributing to external publications, such as the weekly Wrap Up.

  • Is pursuing studies in public policy, politics, international relations, media, or a related field.

The successful candidate must possess a strong client service mindset, excellent organizational abilities, and adeptness in handling multiple tasks while anticipating the needs of colleagues and clients. This position is based at 16 National Circuit, Barton, Canberra.
