Role Overview: As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will own the ABM program, collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to create targeted campaigns engaging potential customers throughout the buying process.

We are seeking candidates with B2B experience and a proven track record in digital/channel marketing and/or demand generation with Account-Based/Partner Marketing expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a customised ABM strategy for the Accountant segment.
  • Implement targeted marketing campaigns, content, and promotions based on data-driven analysis and insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, product management, research & analytics) to execute ABM/partner initiatives.
  • Use inbound/outbound tactics across various channels (including paid media) to drive lead generation.
  • Manage client communication platforms, including email automation tools, to nurture target accounts from prospecting to opportunity creation.
  • Utilise communication technology and software like CRM Salesforce or other MarTech stacks for reporting and tracking progress influenced by ABM Campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in a Senior Marketing capacity with a focus on Account-Based/Partner Marketing.
  • Must have B2B Digital/Channel Marketing expertise.
  • Proven track record in driving consistent revenue growth through high-touch programs.
  • Thorough understanding of conventional B2B performance channels, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Data-savvy with the ability to leverage market data analysis and sales audience segmentation tools.
