The Role:

As the Service Enablement Specialist, you will ensure our Managed Services customer requirements are seamlessly implemented into our systems and processes, as part of Service Transition.

The role also involves the enablement of newly approved Managed Services solutions, collaborating with our Process Team on maturing existing ITSM processes, and contributing to strategic service improvement initiatives across Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present on Service Enablement process, standards, metrics, implementation, and progress.
  • Collaborate with Service Design and Operational Delivery teams to develop and enable new Managed Services solutions.
  • Facilitate ITSM roadmap items to support Data#3 Managed Services strategic goals.
  • Conduct customer ITSM workshops during Service Transition to assess and enhance ITIL process maturity.
  • Develop ITSM Interaction Models to align ITIL processes with Data#3 Managed Services.
  • Create and report on test plans and UAT scenarios for ITSM functional testing.
  • Assist in developing, testing, and deploying ITSM platform integration designs.
  • Perform advanced statistical analysis on metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

About You

  • Tertiary education in IT & ITIL certification (Intermediate/Expert level preferred)
  • Formal business analysis or similar qualifications and memberships desirable
  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst/Service Management consultant within a Managed Services/Outsourcing environment is desirable
  • Experience in change management with a strong desire to help organisations implement and justify business cases for change
  • Knowledge of Managed Services/Outsourcing business functions, processes, data, and procedures
  • Ability to define and implement a strategic framework for business processes
  • Strong analytical and writing skills, with solid experience in writing functional specifications
  • High-impact interpersonal and communication skills
