**What we're looking for:
- **This position is responsible for the managing and resolving issues around invoicing, fees charged and payment allocations. The role will assist in the collection of outstanding monies on family accounts.
**The Role:

- Responsible for collection of outstanding family debt
- Raising and processing Third Party Invoices.
- Responsible for processing and validating Refund requests for funds returns.
- Assisting centres with Statements/ Invoicing
- Accepting Parent phone calls about Invoicing issues around debt.
- Enter and monitor payment arrangements with families
- Process payments for outstanding accounts

About you
- Accounts Receivable/Debt Recovery or related qualification (highly desirable)
- Minimum 2 years' experience within a similar role (Account management and/or Accounts Receivable experience)
- Intermediate Excel and Intermediate Word Skills
- Data entry experience
- Experience in general ledger reconciliations
- Knowledge of the childcare services industry and relevant legislation (an advantage)
Permanent Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week and based in our Centre Support Office in Brisbane (CBD).
