A role with unique responsibilities
Our IVF Nurse plays a significant role in the patient journey at Monash IVF. Responsible for coordinating treatment and delivering nursing services for all patients, enhancing the patient experience.

Our Clinicians consult from our Sydney CBD and Bondi Junction clinics, therefore this role will require flexibility to work across both locations and participate in a weekend roster.

Are you the ideal candidate?
The ideal candidate will see their role as vital to the success of the organization. Understanding the ups and downs in reproductive health, our IVF Nurse will be sensitive to patient needs and support their wellbeing through timely and considered communication. Ideally you will bring the following:

  • Current RN registration
  • Recent experience in IVF/Fertility nursing (desirable) otherwise minimum 3 years experience in a nursing team environment
  • Phlebotomy and ultrasound scanning competency (desirable)
  • A caring compassionate nature to nurture a patient's fertility journey
  • Ability to apply the 5E patient experience principles- empathy, entrust, engage, empower, expectation
  • Willingness to work collaboratively within a fast-paced clinic
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and across other departments
  • Willingness to embrace the Monash IVF Group principles – Care, Collaborate, Communicate, Commitment, Create.
