They are looking for an administrative assistant to join the team due to an internal promotion. This role is within the team that helps council employee's with their workers compensation insurance policies and claims.

Key day to day responsibilities:

  • Collecting client documents and information for their insurance policies
  • Assisting the brokers with new quotes, renewals and amendments to policies
  • Sending corespondents to clients
  • Liaising with various stakeholders
  • Delivering the best possible service

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Collaborative working approach
