YOUR NEXT EMPLOYER

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Managing the entire export process from start to finish
  • Engaging in daily communication with both Service Providers and Clients
  • Preparing export documentation, lodging CRNs (Cargo Reference Numbers)
and notifying the destination in advance.

  • Coordinating the collection of goods from the shipper
  • Handling cost calculations, generating quotes, and managing the invoicing
process.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

  • 4+ years of experience in Export Air & Sea Operations
  • Demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude
  • Direct engagement with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Proficiency and experience with CargoWise
