About the Role

What will you be doing?

  • Assist and contribute to implementing IT strategies, products and enhancements as required.
  • Respond to any emergency situations that arise to ensure the service is restored as quickly as possible
  • Identify any issues that are known in advance that could affect the service delivery to the business and identify steps that could be taken to resolve them or minimise the impact
  • Perform thorough root cause analysis of recurring issues, document findings and work the specialist teams to develop long term solutions.
  • Work on tickets and update with appropriate entries of activities, close tickets and conduct follow up calls to access the effectiveness of the solution.
  • Assist with maintaining the knowledge base and creating and updating procedures and processes.
  • Working knowledge and experience working with Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant IT discipline or lesser qualifications with substantial experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload.
