A role with unique responsibilities
Our Patient Services (Admin) Team Leaders have a very important role at Monash IVF.

You will be the first person our patients meet when they engage with our clinic and you will play a key role in ensuring our patients receive the best-in-class care by our patient services team.

With exceptional service, underpinned by compassion and attention to detail, you will directly enhance the patient experience.

Under guidance from the Patient Services Manager, your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- ensuring the provision of quality administration and clerical support is provided within the business and to our patients
- ensuring the readiness of the clinics and ensuring clinical supplies are readily available.
- providing front desk reception and administration support
- managing day-to-day operational matters
- in collaboration with the Patient Services Manager and other Patient Services Team Leaders, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources across NSW
- managing, leading, mentoring and developing the patient services team, so they feel empowered to fulfil their roles

  • Knowledge of IVF treatment and protocols (ART)
  • General knowledge of donor and surrogacy programs
  • Knowledgeable about all administration processes, including medical billing
  • High degree of developed emotional intelligence
  • Willingness to be a positive role model, to lead and mentor others
  • Superior organisation and time management skills with proven ability to multitask
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Openness to change and strong resilience
  • Welldeveloped communication skills including presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Competent user of Monash IVF Group systems
  • Knowledge of Monash IVF Group policies and procedures
  • A willingness to embrace the Monash IVF Group principles
