About the role:


We have an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team leading our approach to the provision of quality care to clients of the Department/Service.

The operator will be an effective team member who will work with both clinical and non-clinical staff, to undertake patient service tasks through the provision of service in the areas of patient, staff and goods transport and other directed duties.

Selection Criteria:

  • Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess a current Senior First Aid Certificate prior to commencement
  • Possess and maintain a Certificate III in Patient Transport or willingness to obtain a Certificate lll in Patient Transport
  • Ability to successfully work as part of a team and individually, both in a supervised and unsupervised environment with flexibility in work hours
  • A strong commitment to customer service with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver quality patient care would be beneficial
