The role


The Executive Assistant will provide a range of administrative support to the General Managers of Assets and Operations including diary management, meeting preparation, minutes and document preparation that enables the Assets and Operations teams to focus on the delivery of our strategic objectives.


What you'll bring

  • Strong experience in providing administration support services to a leadership level.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and operate business systems and computer software packages
  • Microsoft Office, Internet etc.
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • A high degree of confidentiality.
