Role

Supporting their continued growth, you will assume responsibility for the West Melbourne region after successfully completing a comprehensive induction and training program.

As Territory Sales Rep, your focus will be to convert allocated leads into hard dollar outcomes by visiting homeowners to provide a measure and quote service.


Other responsibilities

  • Consultatively guiding customers through the product selection process
  • Completing quotes efficiently, including amendments and upgrades where possible
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and being knowledgeable about the products and service solutions
  • Staying customer centric, to ensure customer needs are preempted
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy when considering dimensions, costings and providing technical support

You

You have the ability to build rapport quickly and have a natural ability to ask the right questions to lead to and outcome.

Ideally you have experience selling direct to consumer, preferably in the home improvement space.

  • Demonstrable ability to soft close throughout sales process and upsell when possible
  • Intermediate computer skills, specifically Excel based software
  • Superior interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
  • Creative flair, with a strong eye for detail
- willingness t learn a new industry

  • Highly organised, with a proven ability to plan ahead

Reward

The OTE for this role sits at $120K, which is made up of a base salary of $65K, super, trade vehicle, business tools and highly achievable bonus structure.
