Public Sector People are currently recruiting for an

AO3 Paralegal, Government Insurance and Risk to join a High profile State Government Department. Role available 6 months + extension


Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join this busy department to provide high level paralegal support.


Duties will include:

  • Assist legal staff with paralegal tasks as directed
  • File and serve legal documents to relevant parties
  • Conduct searches for information in Court Registries, Tribunals, hospitals, businesses, etc.
  • Compile and prepare documents, including briefs and indexes
  • Aid in the discovery process, including document inspection and generating correspondence
  • Assist with drafting routine court documentation
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, conferences, and interviews as required
