People2people are currently on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced AO3 Paralegal to become a valuable addition to join a renowned State Government Department.

This role offers a 6-month term with potential extensions, providing you with the opportunity to make a significant impact.

About the role:
Working with a team of highly motivated paralegals within Government Insurance & Risk, this role will see you responsible for:

• Collaborating with legal professionals, offering comprehensive paralegal assistance as directed.
• Manage the preparation and distribution of legal documents to relevant parties.
• Perform indepth searches for critical information across various platforms, including Court Registries, Tribunals, hospitals, businesses, and more.
• Compile and meticulously prepare documents, including briefs and indexes.
• Contribute to the discovery process, encompassing document review and correspondence generation.
• Assist in drafting routine court documentation.
• Facilitate meetings, appointments, conferences, and interviews as required.
