For more than fifteen years, Bering Yachts has been creating, innovating, and delivering steel exploration yachts and superyachts. Our only goal is to build boats that have a second-to-none level of luxury, capability, and safety. Made of steel and equipped with the best materials and machinery, Bering Yachts provide maximum protection to our clients. Advanced naval architecture allows our boats to carry absolutely everything that is necessary for prolonged expedition travel. Functionality, simplicity, and elegance of Bering's yachts represent a design that is both aesthetically pleasing and nautically correct. The shipyard is located in Antalya, Turkey. At the moment we are building 14 yachts from 22 to 45 meters.

The role


Australia is a new region for Bering Yachts company andwe are looking for suitable person to assist and help us with organizing and running local work process in Sydney.

This includes tasks such as renting and opening the office, analyze Australian marine industry and obtain deep understanding of client's expectations and needs.

You are to always be there for our clients, provide any required information, documents or generally answer all the questions if required in order to keep our clients satisfied.

You will run and operate the office, organize logistic routes, transfers, different bookings. Handling all kind of reports in written and verbal form such as financial, ongoing work process and future targets.

Ability to travel if required and personal interest in achieving new goals are also key points in describing thework process for this role.


Key accountabilities

  • Assist with finding a proper place for an office and openingit
  • Running the office by yourself, keep all required stock and conditions of the office
  • Regular reports about all work spheres and processes
  • Providing full support and assistance for our clients
  • Complete daily tasks and greater targets
  • Helping Bering Yachts company to successfully enter Australian's market
  • Keep continues research in given directions
  • Displaying high level of selfmotivation
  • Always wellpresented look and smart dress code
  • Full time job and ability to travel if required in long
- or short-term notice

Required skills and experience

  • Previous experience in marine industry would be a big advantage
  • Suits for a sales or general manager person
  • Age restrictions of 30+ years old
  • Competent speech and professional writing style
  • English language as C1 level
  • Confident computer user with office software
  • Ability to being able handle the office by yourself
  • Active nature with ability to constant multitasking
  • Previous experience with work such as administrative, documentational and financial

Salary:
From $85,000.00 per year
