About the role:

The key responsibilities for this role are:

  • Handling sales administration and managing orders
  • Taking overflow calls from trade customers and internal stakeholders on stock enquiries
  • To embrace the team culture within a dynamic environment

About you

  • Excellent communications skills
  • A superstar seller and problem solver and use uptodate product information and knowledge
  • Committed to providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers
  • Safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their teammates
  • A passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
  • Comfortable sharing knowledge and can communicate in a technical and nontechnical manner
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position is preferred, however knowledge of either, automatic or manual transmissions, and a passion for 4 x 4 is desirable
  • This role will suit a qualified mechanic who is looking for a change in career path
