The role and what we're looking for


The Risk Service Executive is a phone sales role responsible for retention of existing business and portfolio growth through effective management of Member renewals.


Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of an existing business protection renewals.
  • Conduct outbound renewal calls.
  • Demonstrate sales skills by identifying Member needs and matching appropriate additional sections and products.
  • Quickly build trusting relationships with Members and Capricorn Mutual field staff.

What will you bring?

  • Demonstrated sales skills in a call centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and creative problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask updating systems whilst conversing over the phone.
  • Intermediate skill in the use of Microsoft Office Software Suite.

Experience

  • 2 years' experience within a Sales and Service oriented role.
  • Insurance industry experience (desirable)
  • Previous experience using CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in an outbound sales role highly desirable.

Qualification

  • ASIC RG146 tier 1 qualification (desirable)
