This is a 12-month, fixed-term maternity leave cover contract. There is opportunity for extension beyond this term.

What this opportunity involves:

As the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be a key driver of growth for our Victorian Business.

With an establish 2023 plan, you'll be responsible for implementing relevant strategies for JLL in VIC including internal and external communications, major events, collateral development/distribution, website content management as well as being a key point of contact for our Victorian property marketing.


An Overview of the role:

Execute on the marketing and communications plan, ensuring alignment to national and global business plans, focusing on growth in local revenue and market share

Support campaigns through identifying case studies, media angles, social media content, event and sponsorship opportunities and profile local business leaders

Promote the OneJLL ideology, a client centric approach drawing on analytics and insights to match specific client needs to JLL's various solutions

Drive state level internal communications with aligned messaging across business lines, focusing on delivery across a wide range of mediums

Be the main point of contact for property marketing in Victoria, ensuring stability, effectiveness and innovation

Strategy and content support for high-profile sales, leasing campaigns and submissions

Main contact nationally for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I)

Engage various business lines to ascertain marketing priorities and strategies

Ensure adherence to new JLL brand guidelines

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:5+ years of experience in Marketing and Communications, preferably with a professional services, accounting, legal or similar background

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital or Journalism

Strong Project Management skills and attention to detail

Excellent communicator

Analytical and creative thinker

Proficient user in Microsoft Office, knowledge of analytics and up to speed with current marketing techniques and best practice

Ability to champion change and influence results in a complex organisation

Existing media relationships with local and national mediums

Takes initiative and willing to work autonomously at times
