The division employs more than 3600 team members.**About the role: The Marketing Analyst position entails delving into marketing data, assessing critical performance metrics, and crafting insights to steer our marketing strategies. In this role, you'll be pivotal in fine-tuning our marketing endeavours and securing the triumph of our campaigns.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivery of marketing post implementation analysis reports
- Assisting with marketing planning and optimisation
- Primary contact for the media agency (Media Mixed Modelling & Full Funnel Modelling) Primary contact for Data and Insights Team to assist in customer led marketing programs
- Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
- Familiarity with survey tools, CRM programs, and databases.
- Ability to communicate complex information in an easytounderstand format.
- Superior problemsolving abilities and strong analytical thinking.
- Strong commercial acumen, critical thinking skills and experience collaborating with external suppliers (agencies).
- The ability to work crossfunctionally in a large organisational context to achieve outcomes through negotiation and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work autonomously.
- Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to work under pressure and work within tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Tertiary Degree in Business, Statistics or Business Systems. Min 3 years' experience in a similar role, either agency or client side.
