The Role:
We are seeking a talented Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic Digital & Data team, where you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare and retail through actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Modelling: Create and maintain data models that serve as the single source of truth across the business, linking, transforming, and making data accessible to both technical and non-technical users.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities, turning data into actionable insights that influence business decisions.
- Business Engagement: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring your insights are presented clearly and drive impactful actions.
- Team Collaboration: Lead and guide collaboration within the data analytics team, sharing knowledge and fostering growth while ensuring the timely delivery of data solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on data analytics experience, showcasing proficiency in data modelling and ETL processes.
- Advanced SQL proficiency; proficiency in R or Python and experience with data science tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Proficient with Snowflake, GCP, Looker, and BigQuery.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Expertise in data profiling, visualization, statistical analysis/modelling.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into impactful business insights.
- Excellent communication skills – you're confident in presenting your findings to cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer/data science.
