About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Merchandise Planning team as an Allocation Analyst. As an Allocation Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient allocation of merchandise to our stores, while also analyzing sales data and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the order raising and allocation process to ensure timely delivery of merchandise to our stores
  • Analyze sales data and supply chain performance to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with the Analysis & Planning Manager and Buyer to prepare assortment plans and post-season analysis
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
