  • Salvos Stores are seeking a permanent fulltime Executive People Administrator based in Mount Waverley responsible for providing a full range of executive support and administration to the Executive Manager
  • People and will involve a full range of people team coordination activities, project administration, and reporting

The key focus of the role includes:

  • Managing and monitor a range of financial processes such as expenses and invoices to ensure budget expenditure is monitored and reported
  • Establish and maintain effective departmental and confidential administrative processes and document management
  • General administration including review and prepare correspondence, team communications and/or documentation
  • Provide administrative support to training delivery offered by the People Leadership Team
  • Support the implementation of People initiatives, including researching best practice


To be successful in the role, you will have a demonstrated work experience in an administrative role and/or administrator with management of confidential matters.


Key capabilities include:

  • Experience in data management, report creation/ writing /MS Office Suite
  • Excel, proof reading/editing
  • Ability to prepare and deliver quality communications and manage several initiatives simultaneously
  • Desirable: Interest in HR/People, relevant Business qualifications such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Admin
