Your new role As a Business Manager, you will be reporting into the principal and responsible for managing the operation of the school, including managing non-teaching staff.

Overseeing the development of the annual budget and regular financial statements, playing a key role in the school's decision-making process.

Present the school's financial status to the school council's finance committee.
Advice on budget approval in relation to spending on faculties, programs and other school projects.

Develop and implement training programs for support staff Ensure comprehensive administrative support is provided to the principal and teaching staff for effective business operation Manage the use and upkeep of school buildings and equipment.

Prepare reports and provide recommendations on operational matters.
Maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure operational efficiency and meet the expectations of students and stakeholders.
Offer guidance to the leadership team on support structures and work practices.
