**Job tasks and responsibilities**

Our Service Department supports our customers, workshops and field service technicians who require prompt and efficient service.

Reporting to Director, the key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating/scheduling service technicians on a daily basis, prioritizing jobs to meet customers’ requirements.
- Ordering parts and materials to ensure repairs/maintenance is completed in a timely and safe manner
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers
- Help manage the overall administration of the service department.

**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience in an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role is preferred
- Technical knowledge (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to perform calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to providing exemplary customer service and always willing to go the extra mile
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
