As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and facilitating the repair process to ensure seamless customer experiences.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately assess and document customer vehicle concerns and service requirements.
• Collaborate with their skilled technicians to schedule and prioritise repairs efficiently.
• Provide customers with regular updates on repair progress and costs.
• Generate repair estimates and communicate pricing information clearly.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs and coordinate vehicle pickup with customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer loyalty.
• Contribute to the overall success and growth of their service department.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar service advisor role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of concrete pumps or automotive repairs is a plus.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
