Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Marketing & Customer Service is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing and brand strategy for the organisation.
Working closely with managers across the organisation, the successful applicant will deliver brand management, advertising, internal communication and media relations.
The role is also responsible for the Customer Service and Sales team encompassing the call centre and sales for our Home Care and Residential Care businesses.
_ Key responsibilities_
- Establish a compelling brand proposition for Amana Living as a provider of aged care services and employer of choice.
- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to build the brand and achieve key business objectives.
- Oversee research to gain feedback from Amana Living's residents, clients and external stakeholders, gauge brand health and evaluate the impact of communication within the organisation.
- Develop "owned" marketing channels including websites and social media.
- Provide leadership and oversight of the customer service call centre and sales processes for Home Care and Residential Care.
- Participate as a member of Amana Living's senior management team.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A proven track record in developing innovative marketing and communications strategies across a range of channels, including digital;
- Significant success as a leader of people and of strategy;
- Experience in successful customer sales and service in a call centre environment or similar relevant practice at a senior management level (preferred)
- Expertise managing external marketing, communications and research agencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in health care, aged care or disability sectors would be ideal, but not essential;
- Relevant academic qualifications.

- Evidence of COVID-19 and 2023 flu vaccinations
- Ability to obtain an NDIS Screening Check and National Police Clearance _(within 6months validity)_
- Successful completion of preemployment health assessments and reference checks
