Your Chance

The Marketing Crew is all about designing the ultimate shopping experience for our customers and providing exceptional experiences daily. As the Marketing Executive at Westfield Eastgardens, you will assist the Marketing Team in delivering top-notch executions of marketing strategies, as well as enhancing centre performance.

In this position, you'll collaborate with the team on marketing strategy, events, and communications, while also playing a significant role in the broader Customer Experience Team.

This role is available as a 12-month full-time fixed term agreement.

  • Bring key centre campaigns to life, managing timelines and budgets from start to finish.
  • Execute the local digital strategy to meet customer-centric needs across channels, working closely with the Marketing Manager.
  • Contribute to the centre's Marketing Plan, concentrating on retail vitality, local priorities, and pillars/programs to align budget and resources with the Customer Experience Strategic Focus and Strategic Asset Plans.
  • Assist in developing and handling the annual centre Marketing income and expense budget, including tasks such as sourcing quotes, creating purchase orders, generating accruals, processing invoices, and reforecasting.
  • Collaborate efficiently with agencies and external suppliers to deliver high-quality creative assets and services within deadlines and budget.
  • Gain insight into customer needs through analysis, listening tools, and data research.

  • Demonstrated experience in a marketing role, with exposure to brand management, digital and social media, event management, and public relations.
  • Ability to make decisions, take responsibility, meet/exceed objectives, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Someone with a customer-focused mindset who places the customer at the core of all decisions.
  • A qualification in Marketing or a related field would be beneficial, but not mandatory.
  • Skills – communication, brand management, customer experience/guest services, digital and social media, PR, event management, research and analysis, negotiation.
  • Attention to detail and excellence in execution.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment operating 7 days a week.
