About the Role


We are looking for an outstanding front-of-house team member who can manage competing priorities while remaining focused on delivering quality support and information to our clients, partners and the general public.


This is a dynamic role that would suit a person with genuine empathy who can learn fast and work with limited direction as part of a dedicated team of professionals.


The Duties

  • Data entry and records management
  • Assist with recruitment processes and staff intake
  • Process invoices and call providers about outstanding accounts
  • Participant and senior management calendar creation and management
  • Other tasks as required from time to time

About You

  • You will have significant experience in administration/reception duties
  • You must have a pleasant phone manner and the ability to communicate well with people from various backgrounds
  • You will need to demonstrate strong experience in data entry and records management
  • You will need to be confident in approaching providers to query outstanding accounts
  • You will have meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • You will have the ability to manage competing priorities and a professional approach to time management
  • You will be able to work autonomously and have the ability to attend our Brunswick head office each day.

The Requirements
Employment with Premier Supported Living is dependent on staff having and maintaining the following:

  • NDIS worker Screening Check (Pass)
  • National Police Clearance (Less than 3 months old)
  • International Police Clearance (If required)
  • Unrestricted rights to work in Australia (International Students considered)
  • Fluent and clear command of the English language
  • References supporting your ability to fulfil the requirements of this role
