Two functional divisions - Santos Energy Solutions and Santos Upstream Gas and Liquids - are accountable for global portfolio management and strategy.


About the role

  • A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Adviser to join the Santos Compliance Team based in Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Support the implementation of the Santos Compliance Framework across the Functions and Operating Divisions to safeguard integrity
  • Support targeted compliance reviews across the company, including assisting with the preparation of key reports and presentations.
  • Assist the development, design and implementation of compliance systems and software solutions and training to meet changing regulatory requirements.
  • Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in compliance performance and driving efficiencies.

About you


Your previous experience and training as a lawyer and/or in risk, audit or compliance and/or as a consultant implementing risk or compliance systems and processes, will be essential to your success.
