Description

  • Conduct WHS risk assessments and provide WHS advise to support Adecco's clients and consultants
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and support of WHS initiatives
  • Review and manage all incident reporting and investigations and provide corrective actions
  • Conduct safety activities to support awareness and work towards risk and injury prevention through toolbox meetings, conducting safety observations and attending safety meetings
  • Provide on the ground injury management support to associates and employees through:
  • Attending doctor's appointments, hospital appointments and other injury monitoring appointment
  • Developing a returntowork plan for suitable duties where required and coordinating the provision of suitable duties
  • Completing all paperwork (worker's compensation, insurance forms, incident and injury registration reports
  • Maintaining contact and liaising with injured associates and employees throughout progress of their injury
  • Data entry management of claims registration and weekly payments
  • Attending client sites on a regular basis to ensure a safety presence
  • Other responsibilities as may be required

Profile

  • 1 year of experience in WHS and minimum of 2 years in Injury Management (RTW and claim management) in labour hire industry
  • Cert IV in WHS is mandatory with RTW accreditation in SA (or willing to undertake the training)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of interpersonal, empathy, and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, influencing & diplomatic skills
  • Commercial and business acumen and customer oriented
  • Solution driven
