Our Family:

  • We are a busy family of 5 looking for someone to become part of our family and make the day to day easier to manage. Our boys are crazy but beautiful and the house is fun but loud. We have had Au Pairs and Nannies before and prefer to have someone who is engaged with our family and not just a transactional relationship. We are a military family who have had our fair amount of chaos with moves, changes, schooling challenges etc. We are looking for someone to share the load and make things a bit easier so when we come home at the end of the day, we can do more of the fun and less of the chores. Ideally, your primary role would be before school care and housekeeping each day (total of 3 hrs, 710am daily) with the option for regular babysitting on a weekend. We are a sporty and outdoorsy family but also like to have the odd day at home with movies and board games. We like to go camping, going to the beach and other water activities which you would be welcome to join us for ? Our ideal caregiver will understand that children can be naughty and can argue. Our boys are active, funny, loving and loud. They fight, as is common amongst siblings, but I highlight it because it can be a deterrence for some. Our youngest boy can present with some sleeprelated behavioural challenges for which we continue to seek professional help to manage. We are generous We will give you every opportunity we can to do the things you want to do while you're here. Your Duties:

  • Before school (approx. 2hrs each day including transit to and from school): breakfast (if they haven't had it by the time we leave for work) dressed and organised for school (including cleaning teeth and cleaning rooms) homework (if time allows) school drop off (from Caringbah South to Cronulla)

Housekeeping (approx. 1hr each day):

  • cleaning
  • washing
  • folding
  • meal prep
