The role you could play


We have an exciting opportunity for a values-driven AOD Residential Program Manager, Manage the Residential Alcohol and other drugs Rehabilitation program and partnerships with key stakeholders that provide services to support marginalised persons who are experiencing difficulty with Drug and Alcohol use.

You will successfully

  • Ensure a culture that supports the mission and vision of TSA is demonstrated throughout programs.
  • Support Individual and team performance within the program contributes to successful program outcomes
  • Oversee the Strategic Implementation and direction of the program over the next 12 months including:
  • Implementation of a 12-week Program
  • A focus on increase to occupancy
  • Improved alignment and practice with the Salvation Army's Model of care and operational guidelines to ensure better client outcomes
This is a permanent full-time position based at our Bendigo AOD Services site.

Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award Level 7.

You will have

  • Bachelor of Human Services, Master of Social Work
  • Diploma in Health or Community Services.
  • AOD skill set or willing to obtain within 12 months
  • Relevant experience in a social service environment
  • Forensic Fundamentals
  • A current VIC Drivers Licence
  • Valid VIC Employee Working with Children Check
  • Ability to provide proof of Eligibility to Work in Australia
