Your New Role:

The People Operations Consultant connects with and supports managers and employees during professional and personal moments that matter. This role is key to making Australian Unity a great place to work.

As part of the broader People & Culture function, the People Operations Consultant provides trusted advice and enables changes that support our workforce to thrive.


Your New Role:

  • Effectively identify and assess 'customer' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Achieve team and individual call/ticket handling targets
  • Call quality reviews
  • Effective resolution of complaints/issues within service level agreements
  • Ensure accurate and timely management of employment changes through HRIS and supporting documentation
  • Performance within service level agreements
  • Work closely with the P&C Business Partnering team to ensure seamless service to their business areas

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline highly regarded
  • Experience interpreting industrial agreements and providing advice in highly regulated environments Experience with Success Factors highly desirable
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Well developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build rapport, interact effectively at all levels and provide support and advice
  • Take initiative to make decisions and improvements
  • Collaborative and Cando attitude
