Key Responsibilities:

The Client Administrator will be responsible for, although not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Managing and building relationships with our clients
  • Understanding and implementing financial advice presented to our client bank
  • Working with global peers to achieve timely client results
  • Preparing and processing client documentation
  • Working closely with other departments to achieve sound client outcomes
  • Providing accurate and detailed client communication
  • Completing contact logging and record keeping of daily activities
  • Updating and maintaining the client databases
  • Undertaking a variety of research and projects
  • Being part of the continued success of the global client services team
  • Mail sorting and scanning
  • Greeting clients and business partners
  • Answering phone calls from clients and business partners

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience is preferred, but not essential. This role is ideal for individuals looking to make a transition into financial services.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
