Who are we seeking?
We are in search of a Communications Advisor - Future Energy to join our esteemed global Future Energy team. In this position, you will be responsible for sharing and showcasing the collective capabilities and activities within the GHD Future Energy global network. Your primary focus will be on communicating the successes and achievements of our Future Energy initiatives to our clients and team members. Additionally, you will address the current challenges and upcoming opportunities in the global new energy sector.
Working alongside a dynamic and highly skilled team, this role will offer you a diverse range of responsibilities including:
Creating and executing a communication plan that aligns with Future Energy's go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Lead - Strategic Initiatives. Designing and producing communication materials that effectively highlight Future Energy's go-to-market strategies, messaging, priorities, and objectives both internally and externally. Collaborating with experts and practitioners across various locations to gather client and program content. Developing content in partnership with our internal Marketing and Communication Team to facilitate a deeper understanding of Future Energy's goals, projects, impacts, and clients among internal and external stakeholders through various mediums. Creating distinctive and impactful communication materials for internal teams and the external market. Conducting research and collecting relevant information to guide the communication and engagement process, ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of the final deliverables. Assisting in organizing and maintaining the collateral library for easy access by the team. Supporting Future Energy's go-to-market strategy and contributing to the evolution of the Future Energy Strategy on a global scale. Developing and analyzing reports and metrics to provide insights into the effectiveness of communication initiatives.What you will bring to the table:
Hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Writing, or a related field with proven experience in managing, developing, and implementing fully integrated communication and engagement activities to drive business growth. Demonstrated expertise in creative writing and crafting unique, relevant, and memorable stories for diverse audiences. Experience in journalism, public relations, or corporate communications will be highly beneficial. Proven experience in Stakeholder Engagement, including interpreting briefs from senior executives and subject matter experts and translating them into compelling communication strategies. Possess an open, confident, and collaborative demeanor with strong influencing and networking skills. Exhibit a genuine passion for creating compelling narratives and stories, with a proactive mindset and a drive for progress and forward momentum.
