About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team at Naiman Clarke. As a Senior Legal Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting and leading transactions, corporate and commercial matters, acquisition onboarding, regulatory and governance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and leading transactions, corporate and commercial matters, acquisition onboarding, regulatory and governance matters.
  • Advising on and negotiating construction, property, grid connection, operations and maintenance, and/or financing or tax documents.
  • Liaising with and coordinating the work of external lawyers.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Contract drafting experience essential; experience in negotiating corporate/commercial agreements.
  • Experience in at least one of corporate law and procedures, M&A, projects, and/or financing.
  • Previous training or experience in working in a cross-cultural environment will be considered favourably, as will experience in the energy sector.
