As the Internal Audit and Compliance Officer, you'll have a broad remit covering AACo's operational and financial processes and play a vital role in supporting your team members to plan and deliver assurance and compliance activities across the business.


_Key Responsibilities:
_

  • Collaborate with our outsource internal audit partner to develop annual plans and engage stakeholders
  • Present management reports, track actions, and ensure compliance with recommendations
  • Strengthen internal controls and streamline processes
  • Maintain and improve our compliance systems and processes
  • Embrace open communication with management and committees
  • Lead through our core values and behaviours

_Desired Qualifications and Experience:
_

  • 5+ years of internal audit experience in ASX listed or professional services settings
  • Familiarity with the agricultural, agribusiness, or FMCG industries is a plus but not essential
  • IIA, CA, or CPA qualification desirable; Graduate qualification in related discipline required
