What you'll do

Research Strategy:Identify research needs, prioritise, and manage research initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with stakeholders across various disciplines (Design, Product, Marketing, Experimentation, Strategy).

Team Leadership:Coach and mentor researchers and team members on best practices in UX research.

Research Execution:Conduct research projects supporting all stages of the product design process (ideation to evaluation).

Communication and Dissemination:Effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders with varying needs.

Manage research operations; including research processes, participant recruitment, and research tooling.
What you'll bring

Experience:7+ years of relevant experience in UX Research, Service Design, or UX Design with a strong research focus.

Project Management:Proven ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.

Human-Centred Design:Applied knowledge of Human-Centred Design principles.

Collaboration:Experience collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Communication:Excellent writing and communication skills, with an engaging presentation style.
