In this role, you'll:


Be assisting both the Portfolio Manager and Project Managers by performing various project-related tasks such as scheduling, planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

These tasks will aid in the management and successful delivery of strategic projects within Corporate IT, with a focus on ensuring data quality, consistency, and the completion of fact-based reporting as required by the Portfolio/Project guidelines.

Your responsibilities will also include providing support for both project and operational aspects within a team setting. This involves coordinating updates, monitoring and reporting on project schedules, plans, milestones, and deliverables.


Additionally, you'll contribute to creating a comprehensive branch-wide portfolio master schedule to ensure alignment with approved project plans in terms of time, cost, and quality indicators.


You will play a crucial role in facilitating communication with relevant stakeholders to keep them updated on project status and address any implementation issues that may arise.

Furthermore, you'll assist project teams in organizing events and setting up stakeholder meetings.

About you


You will have a tertiary qualification in Project Management or relevant experience and a proven track record in a project coordination role supporting a portfolio of projects within a large and complex environment.


You should also demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a matrix-structured environment and possess proficiency in presentation skills, PowerPoint, plan view, and Excel.
