The Star Brisbane, located at the heart of the vibrant Queen's Wharf Brisbane precinct, will stand out as Australia's latest spot for entertainment and leisure. Starting its phased opening in 2024, The Star Brisbane will introduce a variety of exceptional entertainment options, top-notch hotels, exquisite dining, trendy bars, upscale retail stores, gaming facilities, and a cutting-edge Event Centre, revolutionizing the way people engage in play, shopping, and socializing by the river.

The Night Audit Guest Service Agent, under the supervision of the Front Office Manager, is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our guests from the moment of check-in, throughout their stay, until check-out.

Some of your key responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest service to enhance their overall experience
  • Handle all guest requests and manage guest accounts efficiently
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of local attractions and surroundings
  • Execute check-ins and check-outs professionally, in a friendly manner for all guests
  • Carry out daily tasks according to shift checklists
  • Maintain professional communication with both internal and external guests
  • Address guest feedback and escalate when necessary to the appropriate manager
  • Ensure personal safety and that of team members, contractors, guests, and visitors through collaboration with the management

  • Demonstrate a love for Hospitality and creating memorable moments
  • Possess exceptional guest service skills and a strong dedication to providing 5-star customer service
  • Exhibit a professional telephone demeanor
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients
  • Strong organizational skills and high level of computer literacy
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 roster
  • Uphold integrity and confidentiality at all times
  • Sound understanding of hotel operating systems

About you

The ideal candidates will showcase a proactive attitude and always strive to exceed expectations for our guests, while upholding our 5-star standards. Previous experience in hospitality or retail is a plus, though not mandatory.

About us

The $3.6 billion Queen's Wharf Brisbane project is managed by Destination Brisbane Consortium – a partnership spearheaded by The Star Entertainment Group in collaboration with its associates.

Once completed, Queen's Wharf Brisbane will introduce four new luxury hotels, over 50 new dining experiences, premium retail outlets, restoration of nine heritage buildings, and approximately 1,500 residential apartments.
