The Opportunity
Join our team as a Night Audit Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Front Office department during the night.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Night Audit Manager offering a unique 7-day rotating roster to help you achieve an exhilarating work-life balance.
About the Role
As a Night Audit Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Front Office team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Managing and overseeing night operations to maintain a seamless and efficient guest service.
- Adhering to our high service standards and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our valued guests.
About You
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities and qualifications:
- Night Audit experience
- Enthusiasm for working overnight shifts.
- Selfmotivation and the ability to work independently, even during unsupervised shifts.
- Keen attention to detail, quick thinking, and a knack for solving customer service challenges.
- A dedication to providing a professional level of service, coupled with a "cando" attitude.
- Possession of a current First Aid Certificate or a willingness to obtain one.
- A valid open driver's license.
- The legal right to live and work in Australia.
