This position focuses on supply planning for Country Local Distribution Centres (NDC) and branches across Australia and Auckland, New Zealand, within the ANZ Cluster. The key responsibilities include monitoring NDC/3PL and Branches' inventory levels proactively to ensure optimal inventory management across ANZ within specified ranges.

Take charge of trade saleable inventory, P2P-related master data, local beauties, product life cycle management not handled by the local Fleet Team, sales & operations execution (S&OE), product statuses, and product allocation. Provide support to Customer Care and the commercial team in addressing customer queries related to 'where's my stock'.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Inventory health: Collaborate with regional and global supply planning to maintain target stocking levels in Plants (NDC and Branches), including stock rebalancing from consignment, loans, clusters & Region.
  • Safety stock: Regularly review and establish suitable stock levels, adhere to Global Inventory Policy and special agreements to optimize customer service and minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Allocation: Oversee allocation status and processes for essential products facing supply constraints, including SKU management to support key customers.
  • S&OE: Prepare relevant data for S&OE Cluster meetings, taking proactive measures outside the meetings to enhance inventory health and allocation execution.
  • Product Lifecycle: Manage Supply Chain aspects of product phase in and phase out, including POP for products not managed by the local Fleet team. Utilize SAP/local ERP functionality for setting appropriate material statuses, material substitutions, and customer inclusions/exclusions.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with 3PL partners, ensure 3PL and Branches' inventory health, oversee 3PL interface health, and handle 3PL escalations related to supply planning.

What is required for success?

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain planning, Inventory Management roles.
  • Proficiency in ERP Systems (SAP, Power) or equivalent is essential.
