Your Impact:
We need an experienced Administrator to join the Anaesthesia and Pain Management Department at Cabrini Malvern hospital. As an Administration Assistant, you will handle various administrative and reception tasks while ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Interact with clinical staff, like consultant anaesthetists, trainees, and medical students
- Handle reception and administrative tasks, including minute taking and necessary documentation
- Update Anaesthetic Department rosters and database
- Collaborate with key stakeholders at Cabrini Health when required
- Maintain files accurately and confidentially, handle photocopying, document distribution, and filing promptly
- Assist in organizing events and functions as needed
Your Qualifications:
You should be motivated and energetic in providing top-notch administrative support and have the following skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong clerical and filing skills and experience
- Good numerical skills
- Great customer service and communication skills with a positive and friendly approach
- Excellent organizational skills with flexibility when required
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and respectfully within a team
- Exceptional attention to detail
