About the Role:

Our client is a reputable leading specialist records and information management consulting firm.

Founded in 2003 by industry leaders who established a comprehensive suite of services, their clients range from government, corporate sectors, and not-for-profit organisations.

This is a unique opportunity to demonstrate your strong analytical, exceptional communication, and problem-solving skills.

Working as part of a small team, you will be providing support on consulting projects and working with senior consultants with many years of experience in the field of records and information management.

Duties:
  • Oversight of all projects and consulting resourcing requirements.
  • Communicate with clients and consultants on requirements, project tasks and deliverables.
  • Identify process changes to better support the management of client projects including internal reporting requirements
  • Keep track of and report on project progress including deliverables and timelines in collaboration with consultants
  • Assist company directors with internal business operational matters as require
  • Register and report client and project information via our CRM.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management and/or executive support
  • Cert IV in Project Management highly desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Project
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experienced in stakeholder engagement to build relationships and gain an understanding of stakeholder requirements
