Job Description:


A uniquely varied and fast-paced junior role that offers a fantastic opportunity for career growth and development as part of our Project Management Team.


As the glue that binds our growing agency, you will make a real difference to the success of We Are Unity's client and company projects by delivering project excellence and administration to the Project Management Team.


When it comes to professional development, you will have exposure to and learn from a broad range of Subject Matter Experts when it comes to data, culture, change management, employee experience, communications, branding and creative production.

Responsibilities include

  • Support the agency to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Support with resourcing our creative team's workload
  • Support with setting client projects up for success, including document management, statement of work preparation and invoicing
  • Champion of our agency knowledge base and project management platform
  • Support the team with diary management, meeting coordination and logistics
  • Project manage small client projects from designing recruitment materials to booking and scheduling research and interviews
  • Project management of internal agency marketing projects from blog content through to website copy updates
  • Proactively take on and problemsolve any task given, pulling in the right agency resources to collaborate on a solution

Qualifications:

  • 12 years of project coordination or administrative experience
  • Ability to both multitask and prioritise
  • Confident problem solver
  • Independent worker, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Good relationshipbuilding skills
  • Ability to drive projects forward and hold others to account
  • Passionate about understanding how people and businesses work
